Tracker Add/Edit
This window allows the user to add or edit a tracker.
Tracker URLs should start with http: or udp:
Trackers are separated into priority groups. Only a single tracker within each group will be announced. If a tracker fails, the next one within the same group will be tried. If a tracker succeeds, it will be moved to the top of it's group.
